Accredited by the Instituto Nacional de Normalización (INN) under accreditation LE-1398 for testing activities within its approved scope, our laboratory operates in accordance with NCh-ISO/IEC 17025. Complementing our analytical capabilities, our inspection body operates under a management system based on NCh-ISO/IEC 17020, under accreditation OI-350, within its applicable scope.

A3S provides logistics and compliance support services for precious metals, helping clients manage applicable documentation, traceability records and delivery requirements throughout the stages covered by our services. Where relevant, we support clients in assessing applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements, including specific LBMA or ASTM requirements, as appropriate to the material and service involved. The scope of traceability and compliance support depends on the activities performed, the information available and the requirements applicable to each engagement.”

Complaint Resolution Process
If you wish to file a complaint or appeal, your request will be processed according to the following steps:
Reception: Acknowledgment of receipt, initiating the process for handling complaints and appeals.
Validation and Decision: Once validated, an investigation, treatment, and resolution will be carried out. Within 5 business days, the final resolution will be communicated to the person submitting the complaint and/or appeal.
